Description

How can brands and nonprofits break into underfunded cause areas and build real momentum together? This session explores how coalition-building, deep listening, and long-term alignment can unlock change beyond what any one organization could achieve alone. We’ll use the recently launched Body Appreciation Badge Program as a case study to unpack a replicable framework for coalition-building, ecosystem mapping, and designing for culture and systems change. Featuring Flamingo, Black Girls Smile, and Girl Scouts, we’ll explore how thoughtful alignment and movement-building strategies can advance emerging issues at scale—offering practical tools for newer practitioners and fresh insights for experienced leaders ready to push the envelope.

Flamingo and Girls Scouts of America are a 2026 Halo Awards Finalist.
