Seth Laxman (he/him) works on human rights, environmental justice, and animal protection campaigns for Lush Cosmetics. He advocates in partnership with leading organizations to craft and implement customer-facing campaigns on issues closely linked to the business, such as fighting animal testing and addressing colorism in cosmetics. In addition to matters that impact the business directly, Seth has been instrumental in tackling topics unrelated to Lush, such as trans rights, reparations, ending gun violence, supporting refugees and immigrants, and climate justice.
