Michelle Waring is the Steward for Sustainability and Everyday Good at Tom's of Maine, where she develops strategies for sustainability and social impact. GreenBiz named her one of "10 Badass Women" in sustainability. Before Tom's, she held leadership positions at NRDC and UNICEF USA, and spent a decade as a talent manager in the entertainment industry representing actors. She holds a Bachelor's from Trinity College, CT, and is pursuing a Master's in Sustainability at Harvard University Extension School. She lives with her family in Portland, ME, and serves on the board of the Friends of Casco Bay.
