Andrew J. Troup is the Chief Impact Officer for YourCause from Blackbaud, leading corporate social impact thought leadership, industry partnerships, and serves as a strategic CSR and Inclusion advisor to both internal and external teams, helping them design inclusive, purpose‑driven giving and engagement strategies that turn intention into impact. Andrew also hosts the What Fuels You? vodcast, exploring the motivations and lived experiences of social impact leaders. An active arts advocate, he is a regular soloist with Musica Viva NY, NY where he currently serves on its board, as well as the former Board Chair of TU Dance.
