Emily is a social entrepreneur, operating on the horizon of business principles and social impact,to build lasting partnerships and deliver on social impact programming globally. She currently serves as the Director of Development and Engagement for Mercy Corps, a leading INGO operating in 35 countries. She has a background in nonprofit and social enterprise management, tech-for-good solutions, and employee engagement that spans hands-on experience throughout Latin America and Palestine. She holds a Masters in International Economic Development from the University of Denver and enjoys living and recreating just outside of Portland, Oregon in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge.
