Beginning as an innovative classroom teacher, she moved into roles as campus administrator, director of academics, and education strategist, leading data-driven initiatives that improved instructional practice, engagement, and outcomes. At Dell, she has guided organizations in curriculum alignment, professional development, and technology integration. Most recently, Nekia lead Global Skilling at Dell Technologies, Dr. Becerra which oversees impactful programs such as Girls Who Game and Student Tech Crew, empowering students—especially girls—to build STEM skills, leadership, and confidence for real-world success.
