Melanie is President of Rocket Social Impact, an agency working with companies and nonprofits to mobilize audiences for impact through each stage of the journey from strategy to implementation and communications. Melanie’s work is fueled by her nearly 20 years of developing corporate impact strategies, partnerships and programs, multi-channel campaigns and employee activation initiatives for nonprofits and companies. Her background includes designing programs for organizations such as National Park Foundation, Allstate Foundation, Ulta Beauty, No Kid Hungry, Shutterfly, Make-A-Wish America, Boys and Girls Club of America, March of Dimes, Covenant House, Toast, Dick's Sporting Goods and Ronald McDonald House Charities.
