In the current times it seems like uncertainty is no longer the exception, rather it has become the standard operating environment, which is something we find ourselves faced with in our social impact work as well.

This session begins with a story about two brothers. They start in the same place, shaped by the same early experiences. Over time, their paths diverge. Careers change. Circumstances shift. And yet their lives remain quietly intertwined, until one pivotal moment reframes everything they thought they understood about control, resilience, and responsibility.

Through that lens, we’ll explore a simple truth: resilience doesn’t begin when disruption hits. It’s built long before the tide turns: in how we listen, how we choose, and how we show up for one another.

Then we’ll translate those insights into action using the UNITY framework: a practical operating system for leading through uncertainty built on five components: Unification, Navigation, Intelligence, Trust, and Your Impact.
