A seasoned executive with a unique combination of for-profit and nonprofit expertise, Constance Collins led the formation and growth of the NWSN since inception, serving as President and Executive Director. She personally visited over 200 shelters to build the network and advance best practices and public policy to end and prevent homelessness. She also serves as President of Lotus House, the nation's largest women's homeless shelter. In 2024, she was recognized in the Forbes “50 Over 50 Women of Impact” list. Her work is rooted in one founding belief: everyone deserves safe, supportive shelter, imbued with love, dignity, and respect.
