Colleen Wright leads the social impact program at Mattress Firm, managing associate give back programs, product donations, and national nonprofit partnerships. Colleen built her career at the intersection of corporate giving and community impact: growing volunteer programs, designing large-scale employee engagement projects for corporations, and leading regional health and wellness initiatives. She holds a master's in civic leadership from Lipscomb University. Since launching the Mattress Firm partnership with the National Women's Shelter Network, Colleen has facilitated over $1M in customer donations, $250,000 in mattresses and bedding to member shelters, and more than ten Safe Sleep Makeovers.
