Be the Voice that moves the sector forward
From April 21–24, 2026, 750+ leaders in corporate social impact will gather in Palm Springs for our flagship conference— a place where bold ideas meet practical action. We are looking for changemakers who don’t just talk about impact, but show what it looks like when companies and causes work together to drive real results.
Breakout sessions and workshops, driven by this Call for Speakers, are the heart of our program. They are why attendees leave saying: "I came for inspiration, but I’m leaving with a playbook."
We seek voices with varied backgrounds and real-world experience who can provide practical, actionable takeaways to an audience of seasoned and emerging social impact professionals. We carefully select the most compelling proposals to ensure an impactful program. This page contains everything you need to craft a compelling submission and join the small group of speakers who will shape the conversation at EFG2026.
The priority deadline for speaker submissions is November 25. Proposals received by this date will be reviewed before the end of the year.

Purpose with Precision
We're looking for speakers who can share proven strategies, transparent data, and actionable frameworks that help practitioners execute purpose with greater precision.
Our Moment: Social impact is being questioned and redefined. ESG faces backlash. Consumers are skeptical. Budgets are tight. Leaders need more than inspiration — they need evidence, frameworks, and operational excellence. They need precision.
What We Mean by Precision:
- Clear outcomes and shared definitions of success
- Measurable results with transparent reporting
- Strategic alignment between business goals and social impact
- Community-centered design that serves people, not just metrics
- Systems and processes that enable scale without losing authenticity
- Strategic Integration — Embedding Purpose with Precision: Purpose that drives business performance through intentional design, stakeholder alignment, and operational discipline.
-
Measurement Mastery — Proving Impact with Credibility: Moving beyond vanity metrics to shared measurement frameworks that demonstrate real progress for business and society.
-
Partnership Architecture — Designing for Sustained Impact: The structures, governance models, and operational systems that enable partnerships to deliver value over time.
-
Community-Led Precision — Centering Lived Experience: Ensuring precision serves communities, not just metrics — designing with, not for, the people partnerships aim to serve.
-
Cause Marketing & Consumer Trust — Marketing Purpose with Proof: In an era of skepticism and purpose fatigue, precision in marketing builds trust through authenticity, transparency, and measurable impact.
-
Resilient Leadership — Leading Through Uncertainty: When political noise is loud and resources are tight, disciplined leadership and operational focus become competitive advantages.
- Operational Excellence — Systems That Scale Impact: The technology, processes, and infrastructure that enable precision at scale without losing authenticity.
Main Stage Keynotes (20–25 min): Inspirational and instructional; real data, replicable frameworks, honest failures. Think TED Talk inspiration with actionable strategies.
- Selection Criteria: Every keynote must provide (1) a replicable framework, (2) actual data/metrics, and (3) honest lessons on what didn't work.
Fireside Chats (20-25 minutes): Multi-perspective conversations with tight moderation focused on actionable insights, not promotional talking points.
Breakouts (75 min): Case studies + discussion + frameworks.
Content requirements: Real organization names, real data (no anonymization unless legally required), challenges and failures addressed explicitly, handout includes implementation framework or template.
Workshops (90 min): Interactive sessions that produce actionable takeaways.
Workshop Examples:
- Clarity Workshop: Outcome Mapping + "Stop-Start-Continue" Exercise
- Alignment Workshop: Building a Partnership Operating Charter
- Measurement Workshop: Creating Your Shared Measurement Plan Replication Workshop: Turning Your Pilot into a Scalable Model
- Adaptation Workshop: Quarterly Signal Scanning + Scenario Planning
Please note that these submissions are separate from any existing partnership/sponsorship conversations regarding content. If you are in active conversations with our team about partnership, we encourage you to submit your idea here and let our team know so we can track it. If you’d like to explore partnership opportunities, please fill out this form and our team will be in touch.
