Arrive by Early Tuesday, April 21

Join us Tuesday evening for a casual night of drinks and games to kick off your conference experience in a fun and relaxed setting.
If you're attending pre-conference programming, we recommend arriving on Monday, April 20, or early Tuesday, April 21. Pre-conference summits begin at 10:00 am PT on Tuesday.

The first official conference session begins Wednesday, April 22, at 9:30 am PT.

Stay through Friday, April 24

The final conference session ends at 5:00 pm PT on Thursday, followed by the Halo Awards Gala and Afterparty, which runs until 10:30 pm PT.

Be sure to book your lodging through Thursday night and plan to depart on Friday, April 24. A later departure allows you to enjoy a relaxed, work-free morning before heading home.
