EFG attracts decision-makers from some of the biggest companies’ social impact teams. While we discourage pitching, we highly encourage building relationships and authentic connections with other attendees. We’ll have a variety of fun, structured networking opportunities to help make this easy!
Yes! To do so, please send us an email at askus@engageforgood.com.
If, for any reason, you cannot attend the conference, our cancellation and refund policies are as follows:
- Full Refund: If canceled by February 1, 2026
- 25% Refund: If canceled by March 1, 2026
- No refunds will be issued after March 1, 2026
All cancellations will carry a $100 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
As an alternative to receiving a refund, you can also transfer your registration to someone else from your organization or a partner organization (email us).
Please note that due to the effort that goes into planning this big event, we have to ensure our costs are covered in case someone cancels. The dates outlined above reflect the difficulty of replacing your seat at the conference closer to the event date.
Email: askus@engageforgood.com with the Subject title: EFG2026 Cancellation to request a refund.
Our attendees typically wear business casual attire to the Conference. As for the Halos Gala, wear whatever makes you feel fabulous! In the past, attendees have worn cocktail dresses, pantsuits, sports coats, suits, and evening gowns.
Your registration includes access to all conference sessions, curated networking opportunities, the Welcome Reception, and select meals and refreshments throughout the event. You’ll also receive access to the conference app to plan your experience and connect with other attendees.
We recommend reviewing the attendee list in advance through the app and identifying a few people you’d like to connect with. Take advantage of structured networking sessions, and don’t hesitate to introduce yourself. Everyone is there for the same reason: to build meaningful connections.
The official EFG2026 Conference App is now live, brought to you by our partner, YourCause by Blackbaud, and will be your go-to resource throughout the event in Palm Springs. Use the app to view the full agenda, reserve your spot in sessions, see who’s attending, plan meetings and networking opportunities, and receive real-time event updates. We encourage you to download it and start building your schedule as soon as possible, as some sessions may fill up quickly.
